Shore Medical Center
at Metompkin
More services and expanded hours, to make your life easier
 |
Family practitioner Rosa King, who also speaks Spanish, is now seeing patients at Shore Medical Center
at Metompkin. Originally from Crisfield,
Md., she moved to the Virginia
Shore 10 years ago from Georgia.
She is a four-year ovarian cancer survivor
who credits her own quick-thinking
doctors for saving her life. “That’s
the approach I try to take with my patients,”
King said. “Sometimes even a
few days can make a difference.” |
We provide:
n Complete primary and family care services. In addition to Dr. King, Nurse Practitioner Deborah Van Den Berg can help patients with a wide range of problems.
n Pre-op registration and testing every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Get blood work, exams, paperwork, X-rays and EKGs done.
n Mammograms on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our equipment is identical to that used at the hospital. Call 757-414-8747 to schedule.
n Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Bradley Butkovich sees patients every other Wednesday. Call 757-414-8333 to schedule.
n Gastroenterologist Dr. Daniel Ridout sees patients one Tuesday a month. Call 414-8300 to schedule.
