Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show
Oct. 15th
Monkees will provide the latest in fall fashions and Mallards will provide lunch starting at 11:30 a.m. at the Accomack County airport in Melfa. Featuring complimentary packets of breast cancer information, door prizes and raffle items. Dr. Marcia Krebs, Medical Oncologist and Medical Director of Shore Cancer Center, will discuss the latest developments and answer questions. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. A portion of the proceeds will support Shore Cancer Center.

A Celebration of Life, Victory is Mine Survivors' Luncheon

Survivors are invited to a special luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Island House Restaurant in Wachapreague. For more information contact Tracey at the Health Department at 787-5880.

Festival of Lights deadline
Nov. 27
Every holiday season, the Shore Memorial Hospital Auxiliary lights up the darkest of nights in honor or remembrance of loved ones. You can be a part of it by using this form. Mail your donation, or turn it in at the hospital gift shop, before Nov. 27 if you want your loved one’s name to be included in the Festival of Lights program. The ceremony will be held Dec. 5 at 5:30 p.m. in front of the hospital.
